Never encountered that problem to be honest, would revisit your Xenia settings or try another build just in case

Would always advise that any game that is doing any shader prep/generation to let that finish, does result in a smoother gameplay once done but can vary in its impact depending on your specs

@@Tekstachannel it runs easy on my paid PC version. But when I went to emulate an xb version "for split screen" it's was super jumpy.

No solution, seems to be a common problem with a lot of Fifa games when they are emulated

Default config used for this game apart from switching to Vulkan and enabling the multithreaded RSX option

This is on Mac OS and you need a program called Whisky that allows you to attempt to run x86 programs and games. I own F1 2012 on Steam, so simply installed Steam using Whisky and then downloaded and ran F1 2012 with very little issues

Any audio coming through at all? plus do the logs mention anything at all such as any errors? I have a strong feeling that it should be just config related, worth trying different options regarding Vulkan & OpenGL renderers and the advanced settings that can contain some fixes related to broken shaders that could explain a blank screen

@@Tekstachannel no audio no screen. The think works is that the ps3 application. But the mw3 gets a black screen after the loading screen when is booted

Yeah this was on a Windows PC, your specs do affect the emulation of games quite a lot so could be a bottleneck you have somewhere, potentially CPU/GPU related, hard to say without knowing your PC specs

I bought the Lenovo Legion Go, it should run well, but…. I am ripping Time Shift & Wolfenstine 2009 right now. Hope they work.

Timeshift doesn’t seem compatible with window 11. I bought it on Steam, but it will not run & I’ve tried the tricks I’ve found online. Emulation will be my last try.

Worth checking the logs to see if it shows anything more, might be related to you being on Mac, could be related to config, hard to say. Have you tried seeing if anyone else is experiencing the same issues on the RPCS3 Forums?

I've found nothing so far including trying multiple recent and older builds, Fifa games after 07 seem to be a bit notorious for crashes at random times

Unfortunately yes, it is still unstable

Yes along with random crashes that occur in Fifa 09 too

Very strange, could be something to do with the actual image being loaded into Xenia but that would be just a guess, tough to find out the cause

Have you tried earlier builds of Xenia to see if you are getting the same issue?

Yeah its not too bad considering the game is still going through patches galore to fix bugs, improve performance etc, will defo do another video later this year if any major performance patches come through

What are your settings/config on RPCS3?

it's not my settings my other games run fine(Lolipop Chainsaw,Croiss Edge,KOF XII) the version i had wasn't PAL region so it locks up(Vimms Lair only had USA) which isn't supported on the emulator@@Tekstachannel

@@user-mz1nl1vk4t Ah ok, I've only ever used PAL region games on the emulator so that might explain it

This was default settings at the time apart from the resolution increase to 4k, Vulkan renderer and using FSR

There are some archives that you can search on google that contain some ISOs, If not, you would have to own the physical game and dump it to your PC to play it
